Odin's serialization is supported on all platforms, with one exception being Universal Windows Platform (UWP) - but only when using .Net as the scripting backend. If you're only interested in Odin for its editor features, then you have nothing to worry about. Just head in to Tools > Odin Inspector > Preferences > Editor Only Mode and enable the Editor Only Mode. That will ensure that the only thing that will be included in your game is the small Sirenix.OdinInspector.Attributes.dll that only contains all of Odin's attributes. You can read more on that here.
